I have an annual maintenance contract with MEP. It is the best money I have spent on our home! Today, Wayne came to flush out the hot water heater. I was so pleased to see he uses vinegar as his cleaning agent (a good cleaner and environmentally safe)! And Wayne is the nicest guy! Very thorough in his work and takes pride in what he does. After Wayne, Greg arrived to do the Spring HVAC tune up. Another really nice guy who takes pride in his work! It is wonderful to work with professionals who are courteous (they both called before they arrived) and care about their work. I've had a maintenance contract with MEP for 2 years now and glad to have made the decision to go with MEP!
