Had a water pipe leak involving a water softener and called MEP for assistance. Even though it was after hours on a Saturday, they had an on-call technician at my door in less than an hour. Tommy was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional as we had expected due to our previous experiences with MEP. He took the time to explain everything he needed to do and why and left us feeling very satisfied and comfortable with the work he did.
