I have an annual maintenance contract with MEP. It is the best money I have spent on our home! Today, Wayne came to flush out the hot water heater. I was so pleased to see he uses vinegar as his cleaning agent (a good cleaner and environmentally safe)! And Wayne is the nicest guy! Very thorough in his work and takes pride in what he does.
