We had two visits from MEP – one for System check and ecobee installation and one for fixing a blocked gas valve. From Kat to Greg to Ashe the service and coordination was as it should be. Greg and Ashe were super friendly, helpful and explained each step. Kat ensured we were informed about the process and the status of replacement parts. Would call MEP anytime again – 5-star service.
